- 1 Pack Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup feta + 1 tbsp for topping
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp chives
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and place fish wings on a baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a blender, process the yogurt, feta, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil and garlic until smooth. Top with 1 tbsp of feta and chives
- Serve with sweet potato fries and garlic feta dip.
