- ½ apple, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup goat cheese (cranberry or plain flavour)
Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp sumac
