- 1 box of High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Breaded Haddock Fillets
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup romaine lettuce
- 6 slices bacon
- Preheat the oven and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Haddock Fillets and bake according to package instructions.
- Cook bacon in a medium skillet over med-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Once cooked, add to a plate lined with a paper towel and set aside.
- Add 1 slice of cheese to the middle of a skillet and once bubbling, add a piece of bread directly on top. Let sit for 30 seconds and flip over to toast the other side.
- Remove Haddock from the oven and set aside. Assemble the sandwich by adding 1 tbsp of mayo to a piece of bread, followed by 3 slices of bacon, lettuce, 2 Haddock fillets and 1 slice of cheese.
- Top sandwich with cheesy bread. Serve and enjoy!
