- 1 box Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1 cup of part skim shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 can artichokes drained, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Tips from the chef: Directions
- Add all ingredients for spinach dip to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Spray ramekin (or oven-safe dish) with cooking spray.
- Add the spinach dip to the ramekin. Add extra cheese on top. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
- Bake Wild Alaska Pollock Fish Wings™ according to package instructions.
- Remove spinach dip and fish wings from the oven. Let cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with veggies. Enjoy!
