  • 4 Family Favourites English-Style Fillets
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ apple, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup goat cheese (cranberry or plain flavour)

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sumac
Tips from the chef: Directions
  1. Bake High Liner English-Style Fillets as per package instructions.
  2. Mix all ingredients for vinaigrette in bowl or jar.
  3. Layer a serving plate first with arugula, then apples, walnuts and cheese.
  4. Drizzle with salad dressing, and place fish on top.
